This fanlisting/tribute site began on July 6, 2003. It was finally published onto the web on July 8, 2003, and released to the public on July 9, 2003. It has been open ever since, not once being taken down, going on hiatus, or having changed ownerships. This site is best viewed at 800x600 screen resolution, high colour, and using the Internet Explorer, Mozilla, or Opera browsers.
During the end of July, Affliction moved Blair's first ever domain, Spiras Fayth. On Affliction's second year birthday, it moved again the current domain, cape-of-storms.net
Why: When I first saw the Alia on Children of Dune. I, unlike many people, I was intrigued. Her feelings were deep and I had feelings for what she was going through. Knowing that there are hardly any Alia sites out there, or none... I felt that Alia deserved some attention. Thus, this fanlisting & tribute site was born.
