I've been asked a lot about how to go about setting up an mp3 player to post on your myspace profile, the easiest way to go about it is to follow the instructions on the poqbum.com site. I'll break it down for you.

Step 1:
Access the poqbum.com website, here is the link to the mp3 player generator.

Step 2:
Most of you probably already have various mp3's in your music library, pick and choose which songs you want on your player, or go look around on the net to find some you like. Around the net there are various mp3 rotations, such as mine, Imitation White where you can find songs. To download a song, most webmasters use a yousendit.com or rapidshare.de site to download from, follow the directions there. If it is featured on their domain, always, right hand click and save as. NEVER ever, stream from the site, it spends a thing called bandwith, which webmasters pay for in hefty amounts, and it's less bandwidth if you just right hand click, save as. Got it? Better.

Step 3:
Okay, now visit Fileden.com. Start an account there, go through the confirmation, and then log in to your account. Once inside your account, you should click the Upload link under the Filden logo. At the upload page, hit the browse button, then continue to search for your files on your computer. Hit ok to comfirm. It will now upload your files to the internet, it can take several minutes, be patient.

Step 4:
After your files are done uploading to the internet, you should get a link such as this: http://fileden.com/thisismysong.mp3 Copy (control + c) and paste (control + v) the text link to the sections on the form say, Track 1 URL, Track 2 URK, etc. Also fill out the box next to it with the Title and Aritist, obviously.

Step 5:
Repeat the steps for each song, choose which player style you want, and hit the generate button. You'll be given a code, which you can copy and paste into your myspace profile. And that's it!
