Siren is the intended horrific game produced by Sony... it shall make you pee you pants with laughter!

Story
The story. What can I tell you about the story? Well... I didn't get that far enough to tell you anything about the storyline. "Midnight. A siren calls and a sea of red water mysteriously surrounds the mountain village Hanuda. Slowly, a terrible force transforms the inhabitants into shibito, undead husks of their old selves, fueled by evil and hate." That's the summary plot from the game case. Yes, now you know as much as I do.

Gameplay
The gameplay is a tad ridiculous. To the point where I'm either laughing hysterically, or about ready to break my controller. Assume your objective is to escape a deadly enemy and live. Suppose you see a car, and you attempt to make your hasty escape. You press the X button, assuming your character would be intelligent enough to get in, and start the car on it's own. No. You are very wrong.

First, a screen comes up, prompting you each time, with the following:
Unlock the car door
Open the car door
Close the car door
Fasten seatbelt
Place key in ignition
Turn ignition

Well, you get my point, don't you? Don't you?! Good, now moving along.

Graphics
This game was released in 2004. These graphics could probably fit in the category of 1999 graphics or earlier. The characters look very jagged, and the pixels weren't smoothed out at all, and on top of that, the character design itself was horrific. Image your characters running around the screen with pig noses. Words cannot describe the graphics of this game, but please, place your trust in me, and believe me when I say they are horrible.

Voice Acting
I've heard some bad voice acting before. But, this has been the worst by far. Of course, what could a horrible game be without some monotone screams, and such? Not only that, in this game, your character are designed to be Japanese. However, Sony decided to get British voice actors for the characters... The two don't fit at all, I'd seriously rather have subtitles than listen to the crappy voice acting.

Overall
The time I spent on this game, was probably 30 minutes, if that. The amount progressesed was about 10%, if that. This is a warning for all your gamers, do not be tricked into buying this game. You will regret it. But, if you really want to buy it, I am willing to sell it for: $1.00
